GO Transit approached us to redesign their website to be more customer focused & to incorporate real-time data. Through our user research we found a large gap in the way they were currently presenting their schedule data online and introduced a robust trip planner that will bring together contextual content to the user through their planning & research experiences.

- Rapid sprint-based design & HTML prototyping (22 weekly & bi-weekly sprints running concurrently for 5 months)
- User testing (over 150 users)
Role: Project lead - managed a team of 7: product designers, ux researchers, art directors, content strategy, business analysts & developers. Stakeholder & persona research synthesis, overall website strategy & direction. Budget, resource allocation & project plan alongside Senior PM.
